Desktop applications tend to log between 200KB to 2 MB per day. Server applications tend to log between 1 MB to 10 MB per day.

Bandwidth usage depends on the number of computers logging, how heavily those applications are used and how much logging you do.

How can I estimate my bandwidth requirements?

About half our customers log less than 1 GB per month with about 80% logging less than 10 GB per month. Desktop applications typically log between 200KB to 2 MB per day. Server applications typically log between 1 MB to 10 MB per day. Bandwidth requirements vary with the particular data you log, but a simple rule of thumb for estimating bandwidth is: 1 GB per 1 million log events.

What is a user?

A user is a person who uses Loupe log data. Loupe Professional and Enterprise plans include unlimited users. The Basic plan starts at $25/month with one user. Each additional user adds $10/month.

What happens if I exceed my plan limit?

As you approach your bandwidth limit we will email you. You can opt to upgrade or to cap the processing at the current level. If you elect to cap, processing will resume at the start of the next month. Annual plans are constrained against an annual limit.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Absolutely! You can change your account up or down whenever you want. Downgrades take effect on the next billing period.

What if I want to cancel my service?

Not a problem. If you decide that Loupe isn't for you, simply get in touch with us before your next billing period.

Can I pay annually?

Yes, and you can save money too! The cost of an annual subscription is 10x the monthly rate so you get 12 months for the price of 10.

Can I be invoiced for my plan?

Yes, we accept purchase orders on purchases of $1000 or more.

What is your full Terms of Service?

What is your privacy policy?

Loupe Cloud-Hosted has its own privacy policy that governs what happens to data you upload to Loupe. You can choose to have your data hosted exclusively within the EU if necessary to meet your data sovereignty requirements.

What does your support include?

We aim to respond to all support request as soon as possible and we also offer personal phone support for Enterprise plans.

What does the Enterprise plan include?

Enterprise plans include real-time remote log viewing, active directory integration and lower costs for bandwidth and storage. Custom Enterprise plans offer discounted princing for high bandwidth and can also include customer-specific extensions, direct database access and other customizations tailored to your requirements.
