Additionally, it may be provided to third party services necessary to deliver functionality that is part of your subscription. We do not share, trade, or sell your information to third parties outside of the processes described below.

Sendgrid All transactional email generated by Loupe is relayed through this service, which stores email addresses and status for diagnostic purposes.

Our website also collects non-personal data through the use of server-based “session variables,” which we use to achieve important site functionality, including the recognition of logged-in users and the secure passing of shopping cart information.

Our website uses “cookies” (a small file stored by your browser on your hard drive) to identify users of the site, facilitate certain features, and hand off information between our sites. For complete information on how our cookies are used, see our Cookies Policy.

Our web-server also records IP addresses from all visitors to our site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our site, to analyze trends, to track user movement, and to gather broad demographic information—all for the purpose of continually improving our website and delivering personalized, custom content. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information, and their collection is standard procedure in most web-server environments.

Our website uses Google Analytics. Identifiers such as cookies and app instance IDs are used to measure user interactions with a customer’s sites and/or apps, while IP addresses are used to provide and protect the security of the service, and to give us a sense of where in the world our visitors come from. For complete details on what information Google Analytics collects and how it is used, see Safeguarding Your Data
